Pemko XG90KIT Perimeter Gasket Solution with Stop Extender

The XG90KIT consists of the HSS20XGxS773 Combination Intumescent and Silicone Gasket and the XG900SP Stop Extender. This kit is UL classified for 90 minutes and brings fire-rated doors with excessive vertical and head gaps back into spec.

• Required to be used on openings with vertical gaps greater than 1/8” and up to 3/8”

• Adhesive backed intumescent
• Helps prevent penetration of life threatening hot smoke and hot gasses by expanding and filling the gap around the perimeter of the door.
• Activation takes place without noxious fumes or smoke being given off.
• Carbon dioxide, erosion, and moisture resistant.

HSS20XG
• Can be painted to match door. Do not paint S773 material.
• For use on fire rated openings with clearance between door and frame in excess of those allowed in NFPA 80. Listed for use on clearances up to 3/8″.
NOTE: Frame extender XP900SP is required for 90-minute ratings.

XG900SP
• 16ga galvannealed steel
• Can be painted in the field to match the frame.
• Can be screw applied or welded to a metal frame (order with no holes for clean appearance).
