ANSI Function F13 – Latchbolt retracted by lever/knob from either side. Deadbolt actuation by key or thumbturn rotation. Throwing deadbolt locks outside lever/knob. Turning inside knob/lever retracts both deadbolt and latchbolt and unlocks outside lever/knob. Inside lever always free for immediate egress.
